This labour intensive project included hand dying selected fibres, carding an art batt, spinning the fibre and plying it, wet setting the yarn, crocheting the bag, and another wet-set!

Features:

~Fibres included: Merino, Mulberry silk, recycled sari silk, English Liecester, trilobal nylon (firestar).

~Barrel design.

~Hand made, tassel style zipper-pull.

~"Self lined" - intentionally no inner lining is used in this bag, to maximise the enjoyment of this yarn! But, please be aware that crochet naturally has small holes, especially when the fabric is stretched, so not the right bag to store very small items!

Measurements:

~31cm width when folded in half, and laid flat. (Barrel without sides: 20cm.)

~16.5cm from zip to base when laid flat,

~12.5cm diameter sides.

Care Instructions:

~Tepid, gentle, hand wash. Dry flat.

~Note: Merino will pill over time, de-pill as needed.

~I recommend hand washing bag in a mild detergent to ensure longevity, and ensure they don’t pick up other stray colours in the wash!
